| Commercial
agreements refer to all kinds of agreements entered into for any
sort of transaction. For instance a number of investors that get together
to develop a piece of raw land may all execute a joint venture agreement.
This would be a commercial agreement. Two friends may decide to open a business
together in which case they may want to have a commercial agreement to regulate
the relationship between them.
In all cases wherever two or more parties decide to enter into a business relationship a commercial agreement should be entered into to govern that relationship. |
